The sports club will begin summer club activities with Kyo as their new captain in Chapter 157 of Blue Box. The characters will enter their new story arcs as they enter the new season and take on new roles for themselves. As usual, the characters' motivations will be revealed slowly along with the characters' interactions and evolution.
We see Taiki's father having a serious discussion with Chinatsu about her relationship with Taiki, a sudden development for Chinatsu. But Chinatsu is not flustered when faced with the question, she is honest and apologizes for what happened. The basketball player also explains that she does not want to tell her father about her relationship with Taiki right now when asked.
Taiki's father understood Chinatsu's situation and wished her success in the upcoming basketball tournament. When Chinatsu left after a call from Taiki's mother, Taiki's father gave Taiki fatherly advice and lay down beside him. Taiki realized what he needed to do, and the next day came and a new captain was announced.
Kyo and Taiki are announced as the next captain and vice captain of the team. Everyone is happy that Kyo is given the position because he is the calmest among them and good at directing others. Meanwhile, Hina is opposed by Haruto, Haruto tells her to call him by his first name which angers Hina.
