Yen Press publishes a series of novels in English about blind magicians
Kodoani.com – Kadokawa has officially announced the adaptation of the light novel series Kunon the Sorcerer Can See Through (Majutsu-shi Kunon wa Mieteiru) by author Umikaze Minamino into an anime. This information was revealed on Friday, accompanied by celebratory illustrations from two artists: Laruha (who illustrated the light novel) and La-na (who illustrated the manga version).
Content introduction:
The story revolves around Kunon, a boy born with blind eyes but with a strong desire: to become the first person to use water magic to create new eyes for himself. Through years of diligent study, Kunon not only surpassed his teacher but also discovered many unique applications of magic. He can sense colors, create useful items, and even summon a cat.
Kunon's extraordinary skills were quickly noticed and brought him to the royal court, where he became the disciple of a powerful magician. However, can his ultimate goal — to see the world with his own eyes — be achieved?
